2/25/2017
5-foot-11, 185-pound right-handed hitting infielder who continues to develop as he matures. The glove is solid in the infield as the hands are soft. The prep steps to and through the ball need to be cleaned up to aid throwing. Threw 76 mph across the diamond. Moved very well during the workout as he is filling out nicely and shows good athleticism. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 76 mph ( keep in mind- he was in hockey season) The bat has a good path to it, hands work simple through the ball. The setup is wide and he has a small pick up and put down of the front foot as the ball approaches. Good looking athlete, ran a 3.90 thirty.

Tee Exit Velocity- 76 mph
INF Velocity- 76 mph

9/25/16
Much improved right-handed hitting middle infielder who did a good job at the event. The frame is stronger and he moves much better on the field. Ran a 4.39 down the line from the right-side, a significant improvement. The glove is solid, and he works his feet appropriately through the ground ball. Threw 78 mph across the diamond with accuracy. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 72 mph. The path is good and the set up is under control, looks as if he isn't swinging as hard as he can, within reason of course. The base is wide, the path is flat and long to the ball. Strength in the frame can improve, good jump in development since the last time I saw him

6.30.15
Two-way player who worked out at shortstop and on the bump. On the bump, he pitches out of a higher than ¾ slot with a big leg kick. The fastball gets to 73 mph and has run to it. The breaking ball is good for his age as the shape and depth of it are good, touches 66 mph. At shortstop, he shows a 74 mph arm across the diamond, needs to stay a bit lower as he catches and transfers as he stands too upright as he gets rid of the ball. Ran a 7.40 60-yard dash. The bat has life to it, 78 mph tee exit velocity. Hits from a wide base and is very rotational in the swing. Path needs to be flattened and strength will aid in handling the barrel.

Tommy is a 2018 graduate that ran an 8.5. He is a good looking athlete with a solid glove and footwork. His arm velocity is 69 and he has more arm strength in there. At the plate, his exit velocity was 82, high for a player his age. His bat is long and flat , with time it should shorten down and be a formidable swing. He needs to continue to grow and keep playing as he should swing the bat as he gets older. On the mound, he shows a long arm swing with a fastball at 73. His fastball has action and his breaking ball was 65. His change up is 68 and has the right rotation. He does need to stay close on the bottom half so he can stay connected top to bottom.
