Zachary Floyd: RHP/1B, (2026) Georgetown, MA. 6-foot-1, 172-pound projectable athletic frame. Projectable during batting practice, Floyd displayed an exit velocity of 91 mph, 3rd Best EV of the day. (66.2 mph bat speed average). (18.9 mph hand speed average). Started in a wide balanced stance with a long load, then used a small stride. Has developing bat speed, uphill loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found lots of barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Athletic and projectable while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 81 mph; had developing soft hands, athletic developing footwork, and a natural exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. From a high ¾ slot, showed consistent accuracy to the base with a quick arm action. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.6. Projectable athletic on the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle with a loose consistent arm action while showing developing quick arm speed. Feel type pitcher who uses some effort. Displays in line shoulders with a consistent balance point. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 82-83 mph; shows control arm side around the zone and running sinking action. (Max spin 2007; Avg 1922). Threw a 12/6 curveball (69-70) that showed glove side around the zone control. (Max spin 1799; Avg 1684). His changeup (74-75) had gradual fading action and arm side around the zone command.

Starts in a balanced wide stance with a low load, then uses a small stride. Has a flat loose swing plane, developing bat speed and level finish. He found some barrels with some loud contact. Line drive approach. Athletic projectable while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 75 mph; shows a natural exchange, developing hands, and developing athletic feet. Movements laterally were developing athletically and he fields the ball out front. Had a high ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the base. Above average projectable on the mound, used a quick loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle while showing above average developing arm speed. Feel type pitcher and showed some effort. Balance point is tall with a on- line shoulders during delivery. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 78-79 mph; had command arm side around the zone and running action. (Max spin 1918; Avg 1839). Shows sweeping action and arm side around the zone command on his curveball (65-66). (Max spin 1493; Avg 1427). His changeup (69-70) had arm side command and gradual fading action.
