Miles Murray: RHP/SS, (2027) Attleboro, MA. 160-pound projectable athletic frame. Projectable at the plate, the hitter clocked an exit velocity of 84 mph. (60.5 mph bat speed average). (17.9 mph hand speed average). Began in a wide open stance with a high controlled load, then used a closed small stride. Had quick developing bat speed, flat simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. In the round he found multiple barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Projectable while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 78 mph; showed developing hands, developing in control feet, and a natural clean exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing athletically. Showed consistent accuracy to the base with a ¾ slot and a quick loose arm action. Projectable on the mound, had a ¾ arm angle and a quick loose arm action with developing quick arm speed. Feel type pitcher who uses some effort. Showed consistent balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with recoil finish. Sat with his fastball at 80-81 mph; had command arm side around the zone and running sinking action. (Max spin 2131; Avg 2081). Threw his tight curveball (65-66) with glove side around the zone command and sweeping action. (Max spin 2461; Avg 2441). Shows gradual fading action and arm side command on his changeup (73-74).
