Rhys Adair: RHP/SS, (2027) Plymouth North High, MA. 160-pound athletic lean frame. Projectable during batting practice, Adair had a max exit velocity of 86 mph. Began in a balanced narrow stance with a low load, then used a small stride. Had an uphill loose swing plane, developing bat speed and good extension on his finish. He found multiple barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.13. Projectable on the mound, showed developing arm speed, also used a ¾ arm angle and a consistent arm action. Feel type pitcher and showed some effort. Showed consistent balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. With a max of 80 mph; shows running sinking action and control arm side around the zone. (Max spin 1916; Avg 1835). Had sweeping action and glove side around the zone control on his curveball (68-69). (Max spin 2049; Avg 2001).
