(19.0 mph hand speed average). Started in a narrow open stance with a low handsy load, then used a closed small stride. Bat speed is developing, showed a level long swing plane and high finish. Created some loud contact and found some barrels. Line drive approach. Capable recorded an outfield position velocity of 83 mph; has developing hands, a developing exchange, and developing consistent feet. Movements laterally were developing and he fields the ball to the side. Showed a high ¾ slot with decent accuracy to the base. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.47. Capable on the mound, used a short arm action and a high ¾ arm angle while showing developing arm speed. Up-tempo type pitcher who shows some effort. Tall balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Threw his fastball 79-80 mph; showed arm side sporadic control and running sinking action. (Max spin 2031; Avg 1924). Showed arm side command and gradual fading action on his changeup (71-72). Had slurvey action and glove side control on his slider (71-72). (Max spin 2042; Avg 1979). .
