Thin athletic frame at 5-foot-7, 120-pounds. Upright open stance from the right side, striding forward landing closed. Loads hands tight and low, short level path to the ball, and used the whole field during his rounds with consistent line drives. Exit velocity was 71 mph. Defensively feet were active, working outside the ball and through the catch. Quick clean exchange, short arm path, and threw from a three-quarter arm slot across the infield at 69 mph. Flashed the ability to run with a 4.05 home-1st time. On the mound Foo started the delivery with a small side step rocker, consistent balance point, and strides down the mound landing closed. Full arm circle and throws from a three-quarter arm slot. Fastball sits at 66-67 mph with cutting action. Breaking ball sat 62-64 mph with 12/6 shape and a tighter break.
