11.18.18 - Hulver is a 5-foot-8, 130-pound C from Bishop Walsh HS. Defensively, Hulver showed quick feet and sound fundamentals during the blocking portion of his evaluation. He did show a tendency to fade towards third base on his throws due to his lack of physical strength. He displayed a 2.56-2.64 pop time to go along with a 56 mph arm out of the crouch.
