5-foot-9, 155-pound right-handed hitting shortstop. Had a solid showing at the event, showed good work ethic and seriousness to his craft. Ran a 7.7 sixty at the event. Defensively, showed a solid glove and the ability to move through the ball as he caught it. Threw 74 mph across the diamond with accuracy. Handled the pivot appropriately and showed good athleticsm. Tee exit velocity of 75 mph. The setup is wide with his feet, tends to rock back with his posture occassionally as he initiates the swing. The path needs to be flattened through the zone, as it is slightly uphill at this point. Makes solid contact and attempts to stay inside the ball during his swings. Good athlete with a good future in front of him, looking forward to watching the development physically and mentally.
