Athletic right-handed hitting infielder from Mt. Ararat, stands 6-foot-1, 185-pounds. Ran a 7.5 60 at the event. The bat showed well as he sprayed the ball around in batting practice and showed the ability to stay inside the ball at contact. Tee exit velocity of 81 mph. The set up is open to close with the front foot, slight toe tap, prior to contact. The path is flat and long to the ball, out of a relaxed hand start. Strength at contact is obvious as the sound off the bat is different. The glove is solid in the field, the prep steps need to be cleaned up to aid the throwing. Threw 69 mph across the diamond with accuracy. Solid looking prospect.
