Jacob Gjonaj: SS, (2026) Dakota, MI. 6-foot, 155-pound proportional physical frame. (60.3 mph bat speed average). (20.4 mph hand speed average). Began in an open stance with a controlled load, then used a leg kick. Bat speed is average, uses a flat swing plane and level finish. Found a few barrels with a lot of loud contact. Line drive aggressive approach. Projectable while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 79 mph; had athletic footwork, raw hands, and a quick exchange. Showed some decent accuracy to the bag with an-over-the-top slot and a short quick arm action. Athletic on the mound, had an short arm action and an over-the-top arm angle. Tilt-and-topple type pitcher who uses some effort. Displays downhill shoulders with a athletic balance point. Lands open with recoil finish. Threw his fastball 75-77 mph with a max of 78 mph; showed arm side command and gradual action with straight movement. (Max spin 2074; Avg 1923).
