LSU commit and No. 1 overall prospect in the 2021 class. 6-foot-2, 175-pound, left-handed hitting shortstop; physical, strong build, thick lower half. Looks more physical than his listed weight. Highly-athletic, toolsy prospect, plays the game at a different pace than his peers. Finished the night game on Friday, 4-for-4 with an inside-the-park home run, a triple, three RBI and three runs scored. Short stroke, creates easy bat speed, quick-twitch in swing and ball jumps off the barrel. Lined a triple into left-center field, 4.35 on the turn, efficient turns and floats around the bases. Also, ran a 4.19 on an infield single. Defensively, easy infield actions, confident hands, plays under control, clean transfer and easy accurate arm across the diamond. Only shows off his plus arm when needed (88 mph across the diamond at a previous event). … Had six consecutive hits through the first two games, finished with seven hits in three games. Highest level prospect.

6-foot-2, 175-pound athletic prospect, who’s only an 8th grader. However, the only way you’d know is if I told you. Left hand hitter swinging solely wood used an even set up with elevated hands. Has a short swing keeping the ball up the middle and to the pull side. Not to mention registered a 93 mph exit velocity. Behind the plate allows his athletic ability to take over showcasing quick feet and a strong throwing arm. As an infielder works through the ball well, bringing the ball into his body throwing from a high 3/4 arm angle.

6-foot, 160 prospect already looks the part of a high school prospect and matches it with his play. Projectable frame with an ideal pitcher’s body. Sat 77-81 mph with downward movement, 11/5 63-65 mph sharp breaking curveball. Also a 69-70 mph sinking change up. Has a polished motion while throwing from a high ¾ arm angle with a loose arm and easy effort. Strong open stance while standing tall has gast bat speed with a gap to gap approach. Moves well in the infield while displaying good arm strength. 75 mph infield velocity.
