Began in an athletic stance with a controlled load, then used a controlled stride. Found some barrels with some loud contact. Solid while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 68 mph; has a clean exchange, consistent hands, and athletic feet. Movements laterally were average and he fields the ball out front. Solid on the mound, had a high ¾ arm angle and a loose arm action with good arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Tall balance point with even shoulders. Lands square with upright finish. (Max spin 1849; Avg 1765).
