Kelly is a 5-foot-4 115 pound 2B with a slight frame.  He ran a 8.18 60 with a Home to 1st time of 5.04. Offensively - Sets up with an even stance and utilizes a split (hands) grip.  Exit velo was 68 MPH off a tee. He is mechanically sound and uses his lower half well. Showed the ability to repeat his swing and produced line drive to the pull side and the middle of the field.  Defensively - Sets up with a balance stance and uses his feet to attack the ball. Infield velo was 56 MPH. Showed fluid motions and quick lateral movement; sits deep in fielding position on forehands. Arm strength played better than his infield velocity; would like to see more of an aggressive finish through his release point. As he matures and fills out his frame he will be an interesting prospect to keep an eye on.
