At 5’5 125lbs Ethan showed sowed an above average skill-set for his age and size. The LHH ran a respectable 4.28 home to 1B and had an exit velocity of 73 MPH.   Offensively- At the plate he starts tall with rhythm.  Goes knee to knee for timing on the pitch.  Explodes on the baseball, barrel stays level through the zone with lift through contact.  Excellent extension, weight stays back throughout swing.  More power could come as he learns to get 50/50 at the top of his load.  High balanced finish.  Defensively- Aggressive in the outfield, should above average footspeed for his age.  Throws from a high ¾ arm slot.  Clean exchange through crow-hop.  Will need to gain additional arm strength (and has the time to do so) as his peak velocity was 64 MPH.
