Physical: 6-3, 165 pounds; Slender, wiry build. 7.18 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet wide spread; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Short take back with the hands with a toe-tap for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a slight lift to the ball with a two handed finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 91 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; uses prep hop while playing low to the ground. Hands are underneath the body with a clean transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. INF - 83 MPH.
Pitching: Uses a glove side setup working primarily from the stretch. Mid chest leg drive with a slight coil away from the plate. Has a moderate stride landing inline with the plate. Moderate arm swing while showing some scap load; high 3/4 slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 83 MPH, while sitting 81-82 MPH; life through the zone. CB: 71-74 MPH; 2-8 shape. CH: 77-78 MPH; sinks. High spin fastball that can play up in the zone can result in strikeouts.
