On the mound Locklear starts his hands chest high. Uses a rocker step to a high leg lift. Stays over the rubber, uses glide to stride method, back leg breaks down slightly with separation. Long, loose, high 3/4 arm slot. Clean departure from rubber, great extension. Next level arm strength. Was consistently (77mph) with his fb, touched (78) out of the stretch with a slide step. Future Next level athlete, fun to watch.
