Tommy is a slight yet athletic 5-foot-5, 115 pound 2B who ran a 4.55 home to 1B. Offensively- Digs in with a squared up, wide stance. Active bat/hands pre-pitch. Settles in nicely for his load, taking a short stride and really exaggerates using his legs with his swing. Good, quick hands, reaching an exit velocity of 67 MPH. Occasional lenght in swing path; line drive/flyball results. Defensively- Uses an extended shuffle step and does so effectively. Shows good quick feet, attacking the ball. Fields with soft hands. Good footwork when delivering the ball; arm strength of 61 MPH. Bounce in his step; middle infield actions throughout.
