Cade Thomas: OF/1B, (2024) East Greenwich, RI. 6-foot, 190-pound athletic projectable frame. (71.8 mph bat speed average). (21.1 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced strong stance with a controlled load, then used a controlled stride. Bat speed was explosive, displayed a loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. Was able to create loud contact and found lots of barrels. Gap to gap approach. Advanced in the outfield, his best throw of the day was clocked at 82 mph; has next level sure hands, consistent feet, and a clean exchange. Laterally, movements were quick and fielded the ball out front. Showed decent accuracy to the base with a high ¾ slot and a very quick arm action.
