6-foot-4, 170-pound, long, lean athletic frame with room to fill out and add mass. A two-way player, worked off the mound and took rounds of batting practice. At the plate, feet are set even in the box, at shoulder width apart. The hands are loose at the letters, with the bat starting in strong loaded position. For timing, uses a smooth higher leg kick, stride is short and simple. The hands have separation from the body during the load, swing is level to up. The swing and hands get extended at times, with a small arm bar. The approach is more to the pull side, creates lift and loft to the swing. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 83 mph, shows to have good strength and bat speed. Off the mound, this right-hander has an easy, smooth controlled delivery. The hands start and stay at chest high, leg raise is compact and high, separation is even, loses a little leverage as he bends at belly on the break of the hands, has good extension out front on release. The arm path is clean on the back side, has average length and works out of a high ¾ slot. The fastball was clocked at 76 mph, was down in the zone. The breaking ball has more 12/6 break, working from the top to the bottom, clocked at 56-58 mph, needs to have an increase in velocity to it. The change up was clocked at 60-64 mph, with fade to the armside. Also threw a split finger, had tumbling action to it, clocked at 61-64 mph. Threw all pitches for strikes. The tempo of the delivery could speed up, will help quicken the arm, in return should help velocity on everything. A regimented throwing program, should aid in a spike in velocity. Interesting arm, mechanically very sound.

40-Yard Dash: 4.13
Exit Velocity: 83 MPH
