Started in an athletic balanced stance with a rhythmic load, then used a quick toe tap stride. Bat speed is average, uses a loose level swing plane and good extension on his finish. Barreled up some balls with some loud contact. Up the middle pull side approach. Solid recorded an outfield position velocity of 72 mph; had a quick exchange, smooth footwork, and soft hands. Movements laterally were average and he fields the ball out front. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a loose arm action with a high ¾ slot. Clocked a 60 time of 8.37 at the event. Projectable on the mound, showed developing arm speed with a long loose arm action and a ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall feel type pitcher and shows easy effort. Has an athletic balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with an athletic finish. Threw his fastball 71-73 mph; had arm side command and sinking action. His 1/7 curveball (63-65) has slurvey action and glove side command. Showed arm side control and fading action on his changeup (68-69).
