John Mancini: RHP/3B, (2028) Bishop Hendricken High School, RI. 140-pound lean athletic build. Projectable on the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle and a clean loose arm action while showing quick arm speed. Tall-and-fall feel type pitcher and shows easy effort. Balance is tall point with an in line shoulders in his delivery. Lands square with an athletic balanced finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 76-78 mph; showed sinking action and arm side command with heavy movement. (Max spin 1732; Avg 1664). Threw a 1/7 curveball (64-65) with slurvey action and glove side control. (Max spin 1881; Avg 1777). His changeup (69-71) shows arm side control and fading swing and miss action. Lots to like, high ceiling.
