The 6-foot, 205-pound sturdy, frame hot corner prospects can bop the baseball. Much different look at the dish compared to last summer. Open, tall stance with tall and fall type style and generates explosive bat speed and good extension on finish. More consistent timing and rhythm with still some room to improve, but some raw power. Sprays hard line drives to all fields with gap to gap power. At the hot corner, moves athletically with quick exchange and solid arm. As he continues to develop, projects to be a steady pure 3B, who can really swing the stick.

Begins in an open tall stance, has a small load and uses a long stride to start his swing. Displays a level swing plane, explosive bat speed and extension on his finish. Gap to gap approach. In the infield, showed an ability to throw across the field at 79 mph; has athletic footwork, a quick exchange and firm hands. Movements laterally were athletic. Showed a long arm action and an-over-the-top slot.
