Homestead vs leo (Bishop luers memorial tournament - 5/26/14

Another outstanding catcher from Homestead HS. Brady receives, throws, blocks and moves well behind the plate. Against Leo on Saturday he went 1 for 3 at the plate and showed some athleticism defending a botched squeeze play, with the pitch in the dirt he had presence to find the ball and tag the sliding runner out. I have seen Brady pitch and play third base early this season, this is the first time that I had the chance to see him catch, I was impressed. He can spend two years shaping his 6’1/185 frame and put himself in the same boat as former Homestead Spartans Rob Bowen, Justin Schutchfield and Matt Singleton.
