OUTLOOK:

After being co-conference champs in the North Coast Blue League, Hoban will have to grow up quick to compete in this talented division.  Returning one starter from last years squad, the Knights are going to rely on many of their ‘14, and ’15 prospects.  Catcher Jordan Burns will play a big role in the Knights offense as he offers a legitimate power bat that he displayed at The Northeast Top Prospect Showcase. RHP Travis Pero will be counted on in critical games this year, much like when he recorded wins in Hoban’s district and regional games last season.  A guy to keep an eye on is 2016 prospect Drew Kline; who will likely see time both on the mound, and in the outfield. The Knights road could be bumpy for this inexperienced squad, as they will face tough conference foes like NDCL and Walsh Jesuit.
