Luke Lawson, RHP/SS, 2014 ... Talented three-sport athlete. Sits mid 80s with fastball, touching upper 80s. Uncommitted for college.
Matt Engel, LHP/1B, 2014 ... A "crafty lefty" who was 8-1 as a juniors, could be interesting if we see a bump in mph on the fastball.
Gage Odom, OF, 2014 ... Hit .368 with 15 stolen bases last season.
Zack Clark, 3B, 2014 ... Had a down junior season, but looking for a breakout senior year.

OUTLOOK:  

Coach Chad Donsbach and the Ayersville Pilots look to rebound from an up and down 2013 season in which they finished 15-9, losing to GMC rival Tinora in the district finals. Luke Lawson, a kid who has the talent to be a division I pitcher (but doesn't seem to want to play ball in college, still working on this) looks to lead the Pilots on the mound and at the plate. LHP Matt Engel will combine with Lawson as a talented one-two punch. Seniors Gage Odom and Zack Clark look to have big seasons as senior leaders. Ayersville is looking to reach the top of the mountain in the GMC, which has been won by Tinora over the past few years.
