OUTLOOK:  

Greenville returns Colton Nealeigh, who hit .621 with 49 hits, 32 RBI, and 24 stolen bases as a junior. But, the Green Wave's talent goes beyond the talented uncommitted senior. Shortstop Ryan Eldridge hit .410 and earned second team all-conference honors last season while junior Quinton Wood provides game changing speed. The pitching staff will count on senior Austin Baumgardner, who went 5-2 and has experience pitching in big games. Expect a tough battle for the GWOC North conference title between Greenville, Vandalia Butler, Troy, and Sidney.
