OUTLOOK:

The Colonels return one of the top players in the state in senior OF Kaleb Duckworth.  Duckworth hit .456 last season while leading the state with 11 home runs.  At 6'4 and 200-pounds, Duckworth possesses a rare combination of speed and power. Senior Marty Coursey, who has multiple Division I offers but has yet to commit, will lead the pitching staff after compiling 8 wins last spring.  Junior LHP Daniel Steiner will be the No. 2 on the mound after winning 3 games as a sophomore.  Henderson County walked through the 2nd Region Tournament last season, and will undoubtedly be the favorite to represent the region once again in June in Lexington.
