OUTLOOK:

Hudson appears to be primed for another successful season in the NOC Valley league. There is a case to be made for their status as a pre-season favorite for the league championship. Although senior Brian Malerick (Miami recruit) departs due to graduation, Kevin Zullo (7-0, .662 ERA) and Nanak Saran (2-2, 2.23 ERA) return to provide one of the area's top pitching combos. Meanwhile, senior Joey Cahill (.339 AVG) is a versatile prospect that helps with his glove, bat, and on the mound. With experience and depth, Hudson should once again be in contention for a strong playoff run in 2014.
