OUTLOOK:

Trimble Local is coming off of a successful 2013 season in which they posted a 15-8 record including an impressive 13-5 conference mark. However, that mark wasn’t quite good enough to take home the title of conference champion. Those returning to the team know there is a great chance for them to compete for the league championship. Key players to watch include Andrew Losey, Dante Brammer, Konnor Standley, Caullen Lunsford, Jacob Kish and Austin Downs. From an offensive standpoint, pay close attention to Brammer and Downs. Brammer provides a solid power bat, while Downs was the team’s top hitter a year ago. On the defensive side Trimble will look to senior Jacob Kish to provide the spark. Kish was the team’s top pitcher last year, and will be the go to guy once again this year. Look for Trimble to finish near the top and pay attention to them when tournament time comes around.
