2018 Rankings Updated

Tim Kay
PBR Tennessee Director of Scouting

With the draft beginning later today, this seems like the ideal time to release the updated 2018 rankings!

There is no change at the top, as Ryan Weathers and his 91-94 FB w/ above average CB and advanced control leads the way. Ryder Green comes in # 2, continuing to flash all 5 tools in the OF.Ethan Smith's 94 mile per hour FB, Andrew Benefield's advanced bat and Camden Sewell's breaking ball round out the top 5.

Two notable risers into the Top 10:

- Uncommitted RHP Andrew Lindsey checks in at # 6. Righty maintained his velocity in a mid April start, pitching 88-91 and touching 92 while pounding the zone.

- Belmont commit RHP Joshua South jumped to # 7. Righty struck out 11 in a mid-May matchup, pitching 88-91 throughout and flashing a plus SL.
