2019 Rankings: No. 11 - No. 15

The 2019 rankings were reconfigured and released on Tuesday. Here is a look at the players who were ranked No. 11-No. 15.

No. 11 Zane Cox RHP Dierks HS
Cox is a 5-foot-10 right-hander with an athletic build and frame. He pitches from an H ¾ arm slot with a short quick arm. He does a sound job repeating his simple delivery with a distinct balance point. He finishes with extension to home plate. His fastball works 82-84 mph with late life through the strike zone. He compliments his fastball with an 12/6 curveball with late break thrown 71-73 mph. He also throws a change up 72-74 mph with fastball arm speed and arm side run. Cox is an athletic right-hander with a quick clean arm and a feel to pitch.

No. 12 Ethan Fowler OF Catholic HS
Fowler is a 5-foot-10 160-pound outfielder with an athletic frame and build. Defensively he works through the baseball with fluid footwork, and a normal exchange. He throws the ball from an H ¾ arm slot with a quick arm. He throws the ball accurately 78 mph from the outfield. Offensively he starts from an athletic stance with a slight load and stride. He attacks the baseball with a line drive swing, maintaining balance through extension. He produces exit velocities up to 82 mph. He runs a 4.34 home to 1st time. Overall Fowler is a solid athlete with refined skills, as he matures his raw tools should improve.

No. 13 John Austyn Hoskyns C Stuttgart HS
Hoskyns is a 6-foot 180-pound catcher with a large frame and a strong build. He impresses defensively showing adequate technique in blocking and receiving. He throws pop times that range between 2.01- 2.13 with accuracy. Offensively Hoskyns shows the ability to hit for power due to physical strength and bat speed. He starts from an athletic stance, uses a simple load stride and an attacks the baseball with fast bat speed and a slight uphill bat path. Overall Hoskyns is a physical player with a high ceiling as he refines his game.

No. 14 Zane Neves RHP Jonesboro HS
Neves is a 5-foot-10 190-pound right-hander with an athletic frame and a large build. His fastball works 81-83 mph and has been as high as 84 mph. He throws and curveball and changeup as his secondary pitches. He pitches from an H ¾ arm slot with a quick arm. He repeats his delivery consistently allowing him to throw strikes. Overall Neves is a physical player with above average arm strength.

No. 15 William Plafcan INF Catholic HS
Plafcan is a 5-foot-9 135-pounc infielder with an athletic frame and build. Offensively he starts from an athletic stance, he uses a slight leg lift and a simple hand load. He attacks the baseball with a line drive swing with advanced bat speed. Defensively he plays through the baseball with choppy footwork and normal glove actions. He uses a quick exchange and throws the baseball from a ¾ arm slot with a short arm action. He runs a 4.04 home to first. Overall Plafcan is an advanced athlete with a solid base to develop from, as he moves forward.
