Scouting Report
Body: 6-foot, 215-pound physical sturdy frame.
Howard is one of top arms left on the board in Kentucky. He is a high effort arm that will be an immediate impact bullpen arm. Howard was at the Southeast unsigned Senior Games and after shaking off early command issues was dominant. Recent reports has him up to 93 verified through Trackman data.
FB: 89 - 91.3 with heavy action that plays up with his high RPM (2445)
SL: 76 - 79 (2363 RPM) that gets a ton of swing and miss and is devastating to hitters on both sides of the plate
CH: 79 - 82 If this pitch continues to develop it will take Howard to another level entirely. When located it shows heavy fading action down in the zone
