THE TOP PREP RIGHT-HANDER?

More than any other class in recent memory, this one has the most unsettled group of pitching prospects. In saying that, a trio of right-handers will head into the new year at the head of the table. Prep arms No. 9-ranked Levi Sterling (Notre Dame HS, CA), No. 10 Ryan Sloan (York HS, IL), and No. 11 William Schmidt (Catholic HS, LA) are aligned in presenting strong cases to become the top right-hander in the class. Sterling, one of the youngest players in the class, made it look easy all summer before finishing up with a residency on Team USA.
