Prep Baseball Report has officially updated their class rankings over the span of three weeks, updating the Class of 2024, 2025 and 2026 in their respective states. Our staff will now conduct a deep dive into the rankings and highlight key uncommitted players in each class.

Today, we take a look into the MD/DE Class of 2026 and highlight one of the more physical bats in the class, corner infielder and Tuscarora product, Parker Kopp. Possessing a proportionally strong 6-foot-1, 190 pound frame, the eye-opening strength was on full display at this year's Maryland State Games, and to say the physicality is advanced would be a true understatement. It's a taller setup at the dish, shifting the weight to the backside well with plenty of torque and hand speed through contact, producing loud barrels consistently to the middle of the field. The strength is present to the pull side gap while also showcasing the ability to pepper line drives to the middle, attacking with plenty of intent consistently. The frame may not represent a "highly athletic" makeup, however turning out a 7.12 60-yard was another impressive metric to go along with the high 80's exit velocity. Defensively, the glove and footwork look to stay at the hot corner, as arm strength continues to develop and actions continue to clean up. This is a high-powered bat with plenty of power upside that looks to continue a rise through what looks to be a very deep and talented 2026 class across the Old Line State.
