3A District Preview:

As the 32 3A teams prepare for their match-ups on Saturday, hopefully the coaches have spent time getting their arms loose preparing to wave runners around the bases.  Looking at the teams in the field, the one common theme is runs, runs and more runs.  There are 9 teams in the tournament this year that has scored over 200 runs this season.  Holy family leads the way with 275, followed by Eaton with 259.    When teams are not scoring runs, they are clearing not allowing them.  The Reds lead the way here with only 26 runs given up, but 6 other teams have allowed 60 or less.  It should be a fun Saturday for these teams as they all try to win twice and advance to the final 8.
