AHSAA Baseball State Championship Week is Here


PBR Alabama Staff

The AHSAA state final matchups are set. Play begins Monday with 1A getting started at Patterson Field. Each classification will play Game 1 at Patterson Field and Game 2 (and possible Game 3) the following day at Riverwalk Stadium. Championship week will culminate with the 7A finals on Friday and Saturday. We will preview each series in the coming days but first, let’s take a look at the week’s schedule.

1A:

#3 Mars Hill (30-6) vs. #4 Brantley (29-8)

Game 1- Monday, May 13 6:00 PM Patterson Field

Game 2 (and possible Game 3)- Tuesday, May 14 10:00 AM Riverwalk Stadium

2A:

#7 Westbrook Christian (23-12) vs. #1 GW Long (32-6)

Game 1- Wednesday, May 15 4:00 PM Patterson Field

Game 2 (and possible Game 3)- Thursday, May 16 10:00 AM Riverwalk Stadium

3A:

#4 Piedmont (35-8) vs. #2 Providence Christian (28-8)

4A:

Brooks (25-8) vs. Sipsey Valley (20-15)

5A:

#2 Springville (32-6) vs. Briarwood Christian (18-14)

6A:

#9 Cullman (27-13) vs. Chelsea (26-13)

7A:
