Welcome to the PBR Arizona Power 25 Rankings

The Spring baseball season in Arizona had officially begun with teams having started live games on March 12th. The PBR Arizona staff has also started to begin its 2021 season coverage in addition to its weekly Power 25 rankings. Over the course of the season, PBR will be continue to post some performances throughout the week in our HS Roundup. We will also begin running our scout blog that will feature prospects that we have seen in our in person coverage.  We will continue to update our Arizona Power 25 rankings every Monday as the season progresses until the HS season concludes. PBR looks forward to getting out there the rest of the spring to see some great baseball. 

In this addition, we are starting to see some of the top teams in the state squaring off, multiple times in some instances. In 6A, there are a handful of teams that standout with others that are alot stronger than their records show due to playing some of the toughest schedules out there. We are also seeing some very strong teams in 4A this year that have been tough to gauge due to their class and schedules. Poston Butte has been one of those teams and have been absolutely beating up on opponents all season long. Although, The Broncos just ran into their toughest opponent of the year in Canyon Del Oro and were able to come out on top. We had a chance to cover Canyon Del Oro & Salpointe Catholic live this past week. Both squads may compete in 4A but dont let that fool you. They have talented lineups with more depth than you would think that could help them compete with anyone in the state. We once again have a big week ahead with some big matchups to pay attention to.
