With the 2019 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state. Starting in January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2019 Spring Team Preview: Athens bulldogs

Conference Record: TVC-Ohio, 12-0 1st Place
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 6/4

2019 Team Strengths:

Coach Outlook: "Should be very competitive with a core of players returning."

PBR Outlook: Year in and year out the Athens Bulldogs are a team to reckon with in SE Ohio. The 2019 squad should be no different under head coach Todd Nuzum.
