Hudson Graham
PBR Georgia Scouting Director

After a busy summer full of events, the Class of 2026 Player Rankings is long overdue for an update as these players head into their juior year of high school. There were a ton of new names who entered into the fold, as well as a number of others who continue to elevate their game, warranting plenty of movement and expansion (now 200 players) to the list. It will be a busy spring tracking these guys down to see who can make an impact as a sophomore.

Top 10

Keon Johnson SS / RHP / First Presbyterian Day, GA / 2026

From NPI Scout Blog "Uncommitted, 6-foot-2, 190 pounds. Can’t say enough words about Keon and his abilities. Ranked 12th nationally and 2nd in the state, he gave the crowd a show this weekend, especially in the Championship Game. Defense is a plus tool, with a low to mid 90s infield velo which he showed off in the championship game at 3rd in a spectacular play. Glove work is smooth with ease and accuracy is precise, has shown the ability to make the difficult plays. Hitting is also a plus tool, consistently hits balls at 90+ EV which he also displayed in the Championship Game, hitting 94 off the bat off the wall in one of the deepest parts of the outfield. Impressive bat speed, strong wrists, hand strength is a plus. Well-defined and athletic body, lots of power in the tank. Has shown the ability to spray to all fields. Back elbow tuck creates a linear connection and keeps top hand palm up through contact. High baseball IQ and has displayed talent on all parts of the field."

Deion Cole OF / OF / Etowah, GA / 2026

Cole has been a staple name in the 2026 class since making his debut at Junior Future Games in 2021. He has made the transition to CF, and gained valuable experience as a freshman starting nearly every game. He was able to win a starting job on one of the top travel ball teams in the country this summer, He continues to get bigger, faster, stronger, and will continue to be one of the top prospects in the state and nation.

Connor Langdon LHP / OF / Westfield School, GA / 2026

Langdon seemingly dominated in nearly every start this summer. He was one of the top arms on Canes National and impressed every time out. The velo conistency has been exciting to watch. He held upper 80's nearly every start and for the entire game. He competes in the zone, and controls the temp with his competitive demeanor. His consitency this summer has earned him the #1 spot for pitchers in the Peach State.

Matthew Sharman RHP / SS / Etowah, GA / 2026

Sharman is the #1 two way prospect in the state, and impressed all summer both on the mound and at the plate. He earned valuable innings deep into the playoffs with Etowah and is on track to have a monster sophomore year. Sharman is toe to toe with Langdon with some of the more polished "stuff" in the class. They both handle themselves like upperclassman, and can compete with anyone in the country.

Ty Tillery RHP / SS / Morgan County , GA / 2026

Georgia commit. Tillery falls right there in line with Langdon and Sharman with some of the most "polished" make up in the class. All 3 have thrown on the big stage and thrived. We typically see some inconistiency in outings with the younger guys, but Tillery has proved himself start in and start out.

Bubba Coleman SS / 3B / Buford, GA / 2026

Coleman has been a household namei in the 2026 class after his commitment to LSU a couple years ago. He is quiet, yet explosive in the box, and has some of the best plate discipline in the class. We could really see the power take a big jump over the next year as we saw him hit balls harder and harder over the summer.

Cam Jackson SS / 2B / Georgia Premier Baseball Academy , GA / 2026

South Carolina commit. The switch hitting infielder came onto the scene with some of the smoothest actions at the Junior Future Games in 2022. He is mature in the field, and will hit for average at the plate. He has all the tools to continue to develop and do what Michael Braswell did at South Carolina last year.

Colin White LHP / 1B / Harrison , GA / 2026

Georgia Tech commit. If we are looking at projection, White has some of the biggest upside in the class. He started to creep into the low 90's this summer. He saw a big jump in size over the last year or so. He still figuring out how to operate the long lanky frame, but started to find his groove towards the end of the summer. White could easily be a mid 90's arm in the next or so, and have the one of the most slectric fastballs in the country.

Reiston Durham SS / 2B / Dacula , GA / 2026

From Shooter Hunt, "Quick hands providing heavier barrel with some torque. Athletic mover with sneaky strength. Protectable frame."

Reiston has been fun to watch develop since his Jr. Future Games appearance as a 13 year old in 2021. All the tools have devloped and earned him a spot on the Future Games squad in August. He was the only 2026 on the team, and showed well against some of the top 2025's in the country.

Blake Bryant RHP / OF / Citizens Christian Academy , GA / 2026

Clemson commit. Bryant impressed this summer with his effortless actions and projectable frame. He has one of the more polished pitch arsenals in the class, and could easily slide into the low 90's very soon.
