2022

River Jackson C / SS / University, CO / 2022

Hit: RHH  Slight sway to load and is strong in legs. Very consistent lower half and created a balanced position at launch.  Rear Side Accel-with rotation. Hands maintain angles and are direct to the ball. Very compact. Have seen River a number of times, this round not as consistent, but still demonstrated good tools for development.  Exit Velo 89
Power: Singles/Double guy with brickhouse catcher body.  Will develop as hitter of AVG and hit is pitch out
Arm: INF Velo:  72 Quick release and hands.  Short arc to extended release.
Defense: Athlete who has abilities as INF/Catcher.  Good Hand/Eye. Gather to release good on Slow Roller and Double Play.  Good Tools to develop C: Velo 73 Pop 2.0 Consistent. Great quick movements with great effort.  Desire to Catch! Aggressive mentality. Good Catcher Follow

Will Vasseur SS / RHP / Rocky Mountain, CO / 2022

6-foot-2 190-pound right-handed hitting shortstop, strong, stocky frame, athletic build, will see more power in all overall game with continued physical development and firming up of the frame. Offensively, simple setup, balanced, hands load back smoothly with a short stride, good balance and rhythm. Gap-to-gap type hitter, drove the ball back up the middle on multiple occasions throughout the Adidas Three Stripe Classic. With added strength to frame will possess a considerable amount of pull-side pop down the road.

Keaton Walker 3B / 1B / Flatirons Academy, CO / 2022

Hit: RHH   Front side Sway to Load Stance.  Used a variety of strides. Some high leg kicks    Front side creates momentum. Slight movements, but hands and arm angles stay high above ball.  Aggressive and attacking hands. Can run it to some great contact. Will benefit with continued work on balance and use of rear side.  Easy to see potential as he refines skills Power: Definite Potential...love his aggression to ball
