SUMMARY 

The month of October provided the most reported commitments of 2019. The 31 commitments are second only to April 2020. Division 2 and JUCO commitments soared in October with 14 and 11 commitments reported respectfully. The 31 commitments are up from 24 reported commitments in October 2018.
