Here is a look at some of the scores and highlights from the action around the state last evening.

McGavock 7, Stratford 2
Caleb Cox had a triple and 4 RBI in the win. He also picked up the win on the mound, allowing 1 run in 2.1 inning with 5 strikeouts.

Dobyns-Bennett 7, Science Hill 6
Parker Hill went 2-for-3 with a triple and an RBI, Logan Hullette had a double and an RBI, Evan Mahaffey hit a double, and Ivan Phillips went 2-for-3 with 2 RBI in the win. Matt Taylor picked up the win in relief.

White House 1, Harpeth 0
Cody Gentile had a double, and Hunter Neumair had an RBI in the win. Landon Sewell pitched a complete game shutout, handing out 15 strikeouts.

Elizabethton 12, Sullivan North 1
Bo Bless had a double and 2 RBI, Drew Wetzel went 3-for-4 with an RBI, and Michael Robinson and Corey Russell both had 2 RBI in the win. Garrett Harley worked 4 innings with 8 strikeouts and no earned runs allowed to get the win on the mound.

Clarksville NE 5, Clarksville 2
Mitch Rogers had 2 RBI, and Gevin Verhoeven went 2-for-3 in the victory. Collin Loose allowed 2 runs in 6 innings with 9 strikeouts to pick up the win on the mound.

Jefferson County 10, Cocke County 4
Nic Bennett went 2-for-2 with a double and an RBI, and Morgan Dalton went 2-for-3 with 3 RBI in the victory. Matt Bradley picked up the win on the mound with 7 strikeouts in 5 innings and only 1 earned run allowed.

Oak Ridge 6, Clinton 4
Bryson Armes and Jacob Ownby both went 3-for-5 with a double, Spencer Wilson had 2 RBI, and Jacen McGhee hit a double in the 9 inning win. Wilson also went the distance on the mound, handing out 9 strikeouts.

Covington 12, Germantown 8
Brennan McClain had a triple and 3 RBI, Tyler Higgins had a double and 2 RBI, and Curtis Wall had a double and an RBI in the win. Bo Tyler Smith worked 5.1 innings with 10 strikeouts to pick up the win on the mound.

Signal Mountain 5, Chattanooga Christian 3
Ryan Sekenski went 2-for-3 with 2 RBI, and Drew Lowery added 2 RBI in the extra inning win. Starting pitcher, Seth Wicker, allowed only 1 run in 4 innings with 10 strikeouts.

Morristown West 7, Sevier County 3
Josh McDonald went 2-for-4 with a home run and 2 RBI, Will Heflin went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI, and Jacob Jennings hit a double in the win. Jennings also went the distance on the mound allowing 2 earned runs and striking out 8.

Morristown East 8, Seymour 3
Tate Rutherford had a double and 2 RBI, Trey Martin went 2-for-4 with 3 RBI, and Jake Dent added 3 RBI in the victory. Dent also picked up the win on the mound, allowing 3 runs in 6.1 innings with 10 strikeouts.

Harding Academy 11, MHEA 0
Jake Criswell went 2-for-3 with a home run, a double, and 2 RBI, Casey Harford had a home run and 2 RBI, Collin Anderson had a double an 2 RBI, and Seth Cochran went 2-for-2 with a double and an RBI in the win. Criswell also went the distance on the mound, handing out 13 strikeouts.

Christian Academy of Knoxville 3, Sequoyah 2
Trey Hinton, Spencer Strider, and Alex Osborne each had an RBI in the victory. Strider also picked up the win on the mound, working 4.2 scoreless innings with 9 strikeouts

Logan Creech had a home run and 3 RBI, Hunter Judd hit a triple, Alex DiFelice went 2-for-3 with a double, and Sean Kearny hit a double in the win. Tyler Haynes worked 1.1 scoreless innings to pick up the win in relief.

Graysen Sherman went 2-for-3 with a triple and 2 RBI, and Hunter Hatfield added 2 RBI in the win. Tyler Leding went the distance on the mound with 9 strikeouts.

Prater French went 3-for-3 with a triple, a double and 3 RBI in the win. Adam DeBusk pitched 4 scoreless innings 2 strikeouts to get the win in relief.

Noah Anderson had a triple and 2 RBI, Cade Giles went 2-for-2 with a triple, and Alan Rob had a double and an RBI in the win. Bradley King picked up the win in relief, working 2 scoreless innings with 2 strikeouts.
