Here is a look at some of the scores and highlights from the action around the state last evening.

Karns 5, Oak Ridge 1
Greg Tye had an impressive performance on the mound with 7 strikeouts and the win for the Beavers. Josh Fielden went 2 for 3 at the plate and multiple Beavers had hits.

Independence 8, Dickson County 1
Caleb Reed went 2 for 4 and Carson Carroll had a double to lead the Independence offense. Trent Starr picked up the win on the mound.

Maryville 1, Heritage 0
Markham went 1 for 3 and Earley went 1 for 2 to help lead the Rebels over rival Heritage. Coleman picked up the win on the mound.

Carter 1, Gatlinburg Pittman 0
Parsons went 3 for 4 and Buell added a hit in the Hornets close win. Cable picked up the win on the mound.

Riverdale 13, Oakland 2
King had a big night for Riverdale with a home run at the plate and picking up the win on the mound. Huff went 3 for 4 with a double at the plate.

South Greene 10, Unaka 0
Justin Casteel had a huge night on the mound with 10 strikeouts and the win. Jeffery Zavaleta went 3 for 4 with a triple and Brandon McGhee went 3 for 4 with a double.

Upperman 10, York 4
Tucker Stanton went 3 for 3 and Jacob Brewer went 2 for 4 at the plate to lead the Upperman offense. Doodle Brown picked up the win on the mound.

Milan 6, Obion County Central 3
Grant Holden went 3 for 3 with a triple and Landon Walker went 2 for 4 with a double. Adam Rimmer had a good showing on the mound with 8 strikeouts and the win.

Grace 9, Copper Basin 0
Jensen went 3 for 3 and Walls had a double to lead the Grace offense. Thompson picked up the win on the mound with 6 strikeouts.

Morristown East 7, South Doyle 3
Ryan Lloyd went 3 for 4 with a double and Spencer Odom went 2 for 4 with a double. Aaron Rymer picked up the win on the mound.

HVA 16, West 0
Ian Pung went 4 for 4 at the plate and Zach Sears and Landen Beyer both had a home run. Sears picked up the win on the mound.

Cascade 3, Spring Hill 2
Sam Gardener and Austin Gentry both went 2 for 4 at the plate, including Gardener’s double. Chandler Monajjiem picked up the win on the mound.

Clinton 7, Halls 4
Jared Ruan went 3 for 4 and Payton Vandergriff went 2 for 3 to lead the Dragons in a big win. Lance Hamilton went the distance and picked up the win on the mound.

Davidson Academy 4, FRA 2
Luke Allison went 2 for 3 with a double and Alec Harris had a triple to lead the Davidson Academy offense. Robbie Young picked up the win on the mound.

Arlington 11, Bolton 1
Tate Kolwyck had another big game going 2 for 3 with a double and a home run. Tyler Hubbard went 2 for 3 at the plate and Austin Brenner picked up the win on the mound.

McCallie 4, Father Ryan 3
Quinn Smith and Corbin Brooksbank both went 2 for 3 with a home run to lead the Tornado offense. Palmer Steventon picked up the win on the mound.

Greenback 4, Harriman 3
Tyler Jones and Tanner Hanley both went 2 for 4 at the plate to lead the Cherokee offense. Hunter Willis had a big night on the mound with 9 strikeouts.

USJ 8, Northpoint 7
Logan Carey had a huge day going 3 for 3 with a home run and two doubles at the plate. Alec Hardin went 2 for 5 with a double and Ben Brauss picked up the win on the mound.

Montgomery Bell Academy 7, Ensworth 0
Wilson Flack and John Tipps both went 2 for 3, including Flacks double. Brandon Bennett picked up the win on the mound.

Symrna 5, Blackman 1
Veal and Miller both went 2 for 3 at the plate to lead the Bulldogs past the Blaze. Harper picked up the win on the mound.

Lawrence County 5, Franklin County 4
Ben Staggs went 2 for 2 with a double and Sam Crane went 2 for 3 at the plate. Jordan Burdette picked up the win on the mound.

Cherokee 4, Morristown West 2
Aaron Pratt and Austin Adams both went 2 for 4 at the plate to lead the Cherokee offense. Ryan Gibson had a huge night on the mound with 13 strikeouts in a big upset win over the Trojans.

Lebanon 3, Gallatin 2
Arnold went 3 for 4 with a double and Sanders had a triple to lead Lebanon past Gallatin. Whittington picked up the win on the mound with 6 strikeouts.

Bearden 5, William Blount 3
Nick Adkins had a huge night on the mound with 10 strikeouts and the win for the Bulldogs. David Beam had a big day at the plate with a double and a home run. Brandon Trammell went 2 for 3 at the plate.

Powell 3, Anderson County 2
Peyton Alford stepped up big for the Panthers with a double and the plate and 9 strikeouts on the mound. Cam Payne had a double.

Harding Academy 2, Tipton Rosemark 1
Evin Olds went 2 for 2 and Jake Criswell added a hit at the plate. Criswell had a big night on the mound with 9 strikeouts and the win.
