Here is a look at scores and highlights from around the state last evening.

#1 Tates Creek 7, Bethlehem 3
Blake Rose went 2-for-2 with a double and RBI, Devin Hairston went 2-for-4 with a RBI, Jordan Fucci doubled and drove in two runs, and Max Sweet added two RBI in the win.  Tanner McCoy allowed three earned runs and struck out  five in five innings of work on the mound to record the win.

#2 Eastern 7, Atherton 3
Eastern improved to 27-5 on the season.

#3 St. Xavier 7, Nelson County 0
Sam Springer went 2-for-2 with a double and RBI, and Miles Lee drove in two runs as the Tigers scored six runs in the first two innings for the victory.  Connor Underwood, Cam Revelette, and Robby Skarvan combined on the three-hitter with nine strikeouts.

#4 Collins 5, #25 North Bullitt 0
Zac Wiley went 2-for-4 with two RBI, Justin Eden went 2-for-3 with a RBI, and Mason Jeffries added two hits and drove in a run in the Collins win.  Wiley fired a two-hit shutout with nine strikeouts in recording the win.

Cooper 10, #5 Dixie Heights 5
Dixie Heights fell to 24-3 on the season.

#7 Lexington Catholic 4, Montgomery County 3
CJ Bush went 3-for-3, Daniel Little went 2-for-2 with two doubles and two RBI, and Chris Thompson went 2-for-4 with a double and RBI as the Knights scored a run in the bottom of the seventh for the win.  Ben Coates allowed one earned run and struck out five in three innings for the win.

#8 PRP 5, Jeffersontown 2
Steven Husband went 2-for-3, Jared Wilson went 2-for-3 with a double, and Jason Bronnert added two hits in the PRP win.  Tavian Dones worked six innings, allowing two earned runs in the victory.

#10 West Jessamine 2, Danville 0
Daulton Peters and Lane Brooks each drove in a run, and Christian Beckley struck out nine in six shutout innings to pick up the win.

#11 McCracken County 22, Christian County 6
Austin Mourad went 4-for-6 with two HR’s and six RBI, Cole Womack went 3-for-5 with a double, triple, and four RBI, Ryan Garner went 3-for-5 with a double and three RBI, Daniel Seitzinger went 3-for-3 with two doubles and three RBI, and Derek Schneider added two hits in the rout.  Josh Scheer allowed three earned runs over three innings for the win.

Shelby County 2, #13 Mercer County 0
Despite collecting just one hit on the night, Shelby County used six walks and four Mercer County errors to scratch across two runs, and Dillon Boone made it stand for the victory.  Boone scattered five hits and struck out four in throwing a complete game shutout.

#14 Bourbon County 10, Mason County 0
Tyler Bretz went 4-for-4 and scored three runs, Devin Belville went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI, Shelby Jackson added two hits, and Gunnar Courtney drove in two runs.  Nathan Woosley and Jaxson Hilander combined on a one-hit shutout with 12 strikeouts.

#15 CAL 4, #9 Bullitt East 2
Brett Cohoon allowed no earned runs over five innings as CAL knocked off Bullitt East.

#16 Paul Laurence Dunbar 9, Henry Clay 5
Jack Cress went 3-for-4 with two doubles and two RBI, Connor McHugh went 2-for-3 with a RBI, and Jacob Herrin drove in two runs.  Evan Nicoulin allowed five earned runs in six innings of work to pick up the win.

Bryan Station 12, #18 Lafayette 5
Devin Key went 4-for-4 and scored five runs in leading Bryan Station to the win.

#20 Beechwood 12, Holy Cross (Cov) 2
Beechwood improved to 24-9 on the season.

#22 Central Hardin 9, Glasgow 6
Central Hardin improved to 19-12 on the season.

#23 Graves County 17, Fulton County 0
Graves County improved to 22-7 on the season.

#24 Butler 8, DeSales 0
Jonathan Thrasher went 3-for-3 with 2 RBI, and Kyle Goodman went 2-for-2 with a RBI as Butler won its fourth consecutive game.  Travis Weber scattered six hits in the complete game shutout.

Russell County 9, Taylor County 4
Grant Best went 2-for-3 with a grand slam HR and 4 RBI to lead Russell County to the win.

North Laurel 4, Corbin 2
Ethan Maxey, Zach Hurley, and Weston Griebel each doubled in the North Laurel victory.  Logan Mallory allowed four hits, two earned runs, and struck out seven in 5.2 innings for the win.

Knox Central 7, McCreary Central 3
Casey Patterson went 3-for-4 with two doubles, Trevor Sanborn added two hits and drove in a run, and Jaxon Stewart went 2-for-5 with a double in the Panthers victory.  Drew Mills allowed two earned runs in 6.2 innings of work to pick up the win.

Bardstown 13, Burgin 5
Trey Heiskell went 3-for-4 with a double, triple, 4 RBI, and scored 4 runs, Santell Farmer went 2-for-4 with a triple and RBI, Tyrone Mudd and Patrick Walsh each added two hits, and Troyan Burton drove in three runs.  Reese Puckett allowed four earned runs and racked up 13 strikeouts in the complete game effort.

Breckinridge County 8, Seneca 2
Chris Morgan went 2-for-4, and Luke Loughran went 2-for-3 to lead the Breckinridge County offense.  Trey Woosley allowed just one hit in six scoreless innings of work for the win.

Greenwood 10, Barren County 6
Drew Hayles went 4-for-5 with a triple and two RBI, Bryce Spalding went 2-for-3 with a RBI, and John Halcomb and Russ Kerr each drove in two runs for Greenwood.  Sam Dralle allowed three earned runs and struck out four in 5.2 innings to record the win.

Conner 6, Lloyd 5
Jared Williams went 2-for-3, Ryan Ward homered, and Blake Hart and Conner Ross each added triples as Conner held on for the on-run victory.  Blaise Ostertage struck out five over two scoreless innings on the mound.

Harlan County 9, Clay County 6 (8 Innings)
Chance Brown went 2-for-4 with a HR and three RBI, Scotty Bailey went 2-for-3 with a double and HR and scored three runs, and Blake Rutherford and Anthony Jenkins each added two hits as Harlan County scored three times in the eighth for the win.  Winning pitcher Gage Burkhart pitched 2.1 innings of scoreless relief with four strikeouts.

Southwestern 2, Somerset 1
Vincent Boils fired a complete game, five-hitter with six strikeouts to lead Southwestern to the win.

Hancock County 6, Daviess County 1
Ty Ogle went 2-for-3 and scored two runs, and Kolton Keown drove in two runs in the Hancock County victory.  Patrick McBride fired a complete game, three-hitter with eight strikeouts for the win.

Logan County 6, Grayson County 0
Michael Riley went 4-for-4 with a RBI, Ian Woodall added three hits, Matt Harper went 2-for-4 with a double and RBI, and Joe Holliday added two hits and drove in a run.  Caleb Bruner fired six shutout innings with five strikeouts for the win.

Anderson County 3, Franklin County 2
Josh Brown homered and drove in two runs to lead Anderson County to the win.  Connor Cotton worked 4.2 innings, allowing three hits and one earned run to pick up the win.

Spencer County 5, KCD 2
Avery Vannatta doubled twice and drove in a run, Aaron French added two hits and two RBI, and Nathan Conard went 2-for-4 in the Spencer County victory.  Blake Lambdin allowed three hits and two earned runs in the complete game win.
