Here is a look at some of the scores and highlights from the action around the state last evening.

Memphis University 5, SBA 4
AJ Hunt had a big night picking up the win on the mound and going 1 for 3 with a double at the plate. Conner Wright went 2 for 3 at the plate and Preston White had 7 strikeouts in the Memphis University win.

Goodpasture 3, Watertown 2
Gage Gregory and Drew Hall both went 2 for 3 at the plate, including Gregory’s double. Zach Wallace picked up the win on the mound.

Adamsville 9, Scotts Hill 5
Riley Jenkins and Laderricks Means both went 2 for 4 with a double to lead the Adamsville offense. Allen Wells picked up the win on the mound.

Cookeville 5, Warren County 4
Hutcherson and Pugh both went 1 for 2 at the plate, including Hutcherson’s double. Sullivan picked up the win on the mound with 5 strikeouts.

Davidson Academy 7, Ezell Harding 4
Hayden Hollingsworth went 2 for 4 with a double and Colin Kriminger went 2 for 3 at the plate to lead Davidson Academy to a win. Robbie Young picked up the win on the mound.

St. George’s 3, USJ 2
Glosson and Scott had a hit each to lead the St. George’s offense. Green picked up the win on the mound.

Lawrence County 5, Columbia Central 3
Seth Noel picked up the win on the mound with 7 strikeouts in a huge win for the Wildcats over the Lions. Brock Vaughn and Kevin Caruso both went 2 for 3 at the plate, including Caruso’s double.
