Last weekend, the Virginia Baseball Coaches Association hosted its annual Convention in Fairfax. During the event, John Nolan and Jason Burton were able to record a few interviews, and they will be featured on High & Tight this week in four special episodes.

In the second of four Live From VBCA podcasts, our staff sat down with Head Coach Tyler Kane of Hanover High School. Coach Kane led the Hawks to the 2022 VHSL Class 4 State Championship and we discuss that season, the players that made that run special, and look ahead to the Hawks' 2023 season.
