Last weekend, the Virginia Baseball Coaches Association hosted its annual Convention in Fairfax. During the event, John Nolan and Jason Burton were able to record a few interviews, and they will be featured on High & Tight this week in four special episodes.

In the finale of our four Live From VBCA podcasts, our staff sat down with Head Coach Matt Itner of St. Frank Cox High School. Coach Itner and the Falcons won the 2021 VHSL Class 5 State Championship. Our staff and Coach Itner discuss the Falcons' upcoming season as well as the things that he and his coaching staff do to foster a team mentality at Cox.
