No. 2 Kokomo 8 Lafayette Harrison 5 – Jack Perkins threw three innings allowing one run, one hit, and struck out four. Perkins was 2-4 with a double, triple, RBI, and two runs, Kyle Wade was 2-4 with a RBI and a run, Nate Hemmerich was 2-2 with a double and three runs, and Colt Munsey was 2-2 with two RBI. 

No. 6 Jeffersonville 11 Jennings County 1 – Conner Christopher threw a two hit complete game to get the win. 

No. 7 New Palestine 13 Perry Meridian 1 – Nick Rusche was 3-3 with two RBI and two runs, Jacob Garrison was 2-2 with a homerun, two RBI, and two runs, Jack Walker was 1-2 with a double, three RBI, and two runs, and Cameron Pitzer was 2-3 with a RBI and a run. Cameron Espich threw all five innings allowing one hit, one run, and struck out six. 

No. 8 Lake Central 5 Portage 4 – David Griffin threw five innings allowing two runs on four hits. Ray Hilbrich was 2-4 with a RBI and a run, Justin Graves singled, drove in two, and scored, and Max Born and Jared Bais each doubled and scored. 

No. 12 Carroll 14 Churubusco 2 – Austin Kresl and Langston Ginder combined for a five inning no hitter. Hayden Jones went 2-3 with homerun, four RBI, and three runs, Langston Ginder was 2-4 with a RBI and three runs, Colin Diehm doubled and drove in three, Jake Shirk was 2-2 with a RBI and two runs, and Bryce Ginder was 2-3 with a RBI and a run. 

Brownsburg 2 No. 18 Avon 1 – Brownsburg scored twice in the bottom of the seventh. Matt Nomady doubled in the first run to tie the game and Luis Escalante had the game winning RBI. 

No. 19 Columbus East 3 Floyd Central 0 – Cole Gilley threw a four hit shutout to get the win, striking out nine. Jonah Wickman was 2-3 with a double, triple, and a run, Josh Major was 2-3 with a double, Drew Hasson was 1-2 with a RBI, and Parker Harrison singled and drove in a run. 

Carmel 6 No. 20 Hamilton Southeastern 4 – Alex Brooks threw four innings allowing two hits and no earned. Jackson Adams was 2-4 with a run, Brayden Lentz was 1-2 with two RBI, Drew Olssen was 2-3, and Jack Van Remortel was 1-2 with a run.   

No. 24 Jasper 12 Evansville Central 1 

Evansville Mater Dei 10 No. 25 Castle 6 – Josh Heuck was 3-3 with three runs, Hunter Taylor was 2-5 with a double, three RBI, and a run, and Austin Wolff was 2-5 with a RBI and a run. Lucas Daunhauer got the win in relief throwing three innings allowing one run on three hits.

No. 1 SB St. Joseph 1 Plymouth 0 – Alex Voss threw four shutout innings allowing one hit and struck out three. Kerry Zeese singled and drove in the lone run, Nick Dolniak was 2-3 with a double, and Alex Voss doubled. 

No. 3 Silver Creek 21 Salem 0 

No. 8 John Glenn 9 Marquette Catholic 3 – Brant Maudlin was 3-3 with a RBI, Jack Vukovits and Mason Ryans each went 2-3 with a double, RBI, and two runs, and Michael Machnic was 1-2 with a double, RBI, and two runs. Nathan Blodgett threw five innings allowing three runs on five hits, while striking out five.

No. 4 Linton 12 Owen Valley 5 

No. 5 Heritage Christian 6 Elwood 3 – Stephen DeWitt struck out eight in 4.2 innings allowing two hits and no earned runs. Joel Mounts was 1-2 with a RBI and two runs, Quinn Cobb had two RBI, Eric Sauer was 2-3 with a double and a run, and Cooper Williams doubled and drove in a run.

No. 3 Rossville 8 Attica 3 – Nolan Starkey singled and drove in two, Ray Rodkey was 2-2 with a double and a run, Kelton Saylor doubled, drove in a run, and scored, and Dawson Jacoby singled and scored twice. Nathan Price threw two perfect innings, striking out three. 

Speedway 2 No. 6 University 0 – Cole Petraits threw five shutout innings allowing one hit and struck out two. Devon Valentine doubled and drove in a run and Peyton Hartman and Chris Valentine each scored once. 

No. 8 Tecumseh 10 Mt. Vernon 8 

No. 9 Rising Sun 11 Southwestern 1 – Stephen Jiminez was 2-2 with a double, two RBI, and a run, Jacob Bovard was 2-4 with a RBI and two runs, and Landon Cole was 1-2 with three RBI and a run. Brady Russell, Brent Turner, and Kameron Montgomery each had two hits and scored twice. Turner threw all five innings allowing one run on two hits, striking out seven. 

No. 10 Northeast Dubois 13 Crawford County 3 – Sidney Schott was 2-4 with three RBI and a run, Owen Fuhrman was 1-2 with three RBI, Alex Bauer was 2-3 with two RBI and two runs, and Eli Schott was 1-3 with two RBI and two runs. Reece Helming threw 4.1 innings allowing two runs on three hits.

 

More Highlights

Batesville 11 East Central 1 – Lane Oesterling threw all six innings allowing four hits, no earned runs, and struck out six. Caleb Raab doubled, drove in three, and scored twice, Trey Heidlage and Quinn Werner each doubled and scored three times, Joe Bohman had a singled and three RBI, and Nate Slavin was 2-4 with a double and two RBI. 

Cascade 5 South Putnam 0 – Ira Moore threw a six hit shutout to get the win, striking out seven. Ross Stephenson was 2-4 with a double, two RBI, and two runs, Connor Horning was 2-3 with a RBI, and Bryson Phillips was 1-2 with two RBI.

Evansville North 8 North Posey 2 – Seth Seniour went 2-4 with a double, two RBI, and two runs, Nathan Toone singled and drove in two, and Payne Collins was 1-3 with two runs. Toone threw a complete game to get the win allowing one run on seven hits, while striking out four. 

Forest Park 7 Pike Central 3 – Trever Zink threw five innings in relief allowing one run on four hits, striking out three. Aaron Hurst was 2-3 with two RBI and two runs, Daniel Lusk was 2-3 with a run, Gavin Knust was 1-2 with two runs, and Elliot Rothgerber was 1-3 with a RBI and a run. 

Franklin 2 Edinburgh 1 F/8 – Nathaniel Whetstine had the game winning RBI single in the top of the eighth, Luke Miles was 2-4 with a RBI, and Jonah Rockey doubled. Branson Pugh threw six innings allowing one run on four hits, striking out nine. Mile threw two shutout innings, striking out four. 

Franklin County 10 Connersville 0 – Matthew Billman threw a three hit shutout to get the win, striking out six. Alex Bischoff went 2-3 with a double, three RBI, and two runs, Brennan Meyers was 2-3 with a RBI and two runs, and Dalton Durbin was 2-4 with a RBI and a run. 

Goshen 3 Mishawaka 2 – Tyler Culpitts got the win and Joey Peebles picked up the save. 

Greencastle 6 White River Valley 5 – Jordan Meyer had a single, two RBI, and a run, Brody Whitaker had a single, RBI, and two runs, and Brandon Glaze was 1-1 with a run. Nick Sutherlin threw four innings not allowing a hit or an earned run, while striking out six. 

Greenfield-Central 12 Beech Grove 1 – Nick Atwood went 3-3 with two homerun, three RBI, and three runs, Braxton Turner was 2-3 with two RBI, and Dalton Pebworth and Ronnie Roberts each went 1-1 with a RBI and a run. Grant Hinton threw four innings allowing one run on three hits, striking out six. 

Greensburg 6 Rushville 1 – Ben Duerstock struck out 13 in a complete game win allowing four hits and no earned runs. Chase Springmeyer was 3-4 with a run, Logan Smith doubled, drove in two, and scored, and David Blankman doubled and scored. 

Heritage Hills 9 Evansville Bosse 0 – Sam Pinckert was 3-4 with a double, two RBI, and a run, Noah Chesnut was 2-3 with a RBI and a run, Simon Scherry was 2-3 with two runs, and Mitchel Becher was 1-3 with a double, RBI, and two runs. Lukus Rickelman threw six shutout innings allowing four hits and struck out nine. 

Lanesville 15 West Washington 5 – Aaron Lockman was 2-4 with a homerun, three RBI, and two runs, Logan Sutherland was 2-3 with a double, two RBI, and two runs, Ethan Purdy was 2-4 with four RBI and a run, Owen Kerr doubled and drove in three, and Isaac Casabella was 2-3 with a RBI and a run. Justin Bailey threw 3.1 innings allowing one earned run, two hits, and struck out five. 

Lawrenceburg 11 South Dearborn 0 – Dylan Shaw and Jalen Parks combined for a five inning no hitter. Eli Helton was 2-2 with a double, two RBI, and two runs, Will Halbig doubled, drove in three, and scored, Saben Schnebelt was 1-2 with a triple, two RBI and three runs, and Peyton Hartman was 2-4 with a double, RBI, and a run. 

Monroe Central 5 Northeastern 2 – Tucker Young threw three hitless, shutout innings and struck out six. Taft Manship had three RBI, Seth Wilson was 2-3 with a run, Casey Conaster doubled and drove in a run, and Caden Shumaker was 1-3 with a RBI and a run. 

Morgan Township 11 Hammond Academy 0 – Tyler Bush threw a five inning no hitter, striking out 12 of the 16 batters he faced. Cody Maxwell was 1-2 with two RBI and two runs, Bush was 1-2 with three RBI, Jeremy Landgrebe was 2-2 with two runs, and Hunter Swivel was 1-2 with a double, RBI, and a run. 

Mt. Vernon 11 Delta 1 – Jaden Cappelletti was 4-4 with two doubles, a RBI, and a run, Mason Montgomery was 4-4 with three RBI and two runs, and Jake Stank was 1-2 with a triple, three RBI, and a run. Cole Cain threw 3.2 innings allowing one run on two hits. 

Muncie Central 4 Winchester 3 – John Gallatin was 2-3 with a double, two RBI, and a run, Zach Garrett doubled and scored twice, and Andrew Stephenson was 1-2 with a RBI. Stephenson threw two shutout, hitless innings to get the win. 

New Castle 13 Waldron 0 – Tristan Chesher was 1-3 with three RBI and two runs, Jackson Malott had a double, two RBI, and two runs, Bryce Pinkard doubled and drove in two, and Hunter McCubbins was 1-1 with a double and two runs. Tyler Thompson threw three shutout innings allowing one hit and struck out two. 

New Prairie 14 LaCrosse 3 – Hunter Robinson was 2-3 with two doubles, three RBI, and two runs, Bryce Bloode was 2-3 with a double, homerun, two RBI, and two runs, Ethan Nielson was 2-3 with a double, RBI, and two runs, and Jarrod Michael had a double, two RBI, and a run. JC Turley threw four hitless, shutout innings to get the win, striking out nine. 

North Harrison 3 Brownstown Central 2 – Max Flock threw a complete game allowing two runs on five hits, striking out seven. Ben Davis was 1-3 with a RBI and Zane Armstrong was 1-2 with a run. 

Norwell 7 Marion 2 – Beldon Glasgow was 2-4 with two doubles, three RBI, and a run, Garrett Weybright was 2-4 with two runs, Ian Clark had a single, RBI, and a run, and Caden Mann was 1-3 with a RBI. Cole Louison threw three shutout innings allowing one hit and struck out two. 

Orleans 6 Paoli 1 – Duncan Gerkin threw a complete game allowing one run on five hits, striking out eight. Gerkin went 2-4 with a homerun and two RBI, John McFarland was 2-4 with a run, and Evan Sawyer had a RBI and scored once. 

Perry Central 20 Cannelton 1 – Levi Hubert was 2-3 with four RBI and two runs, Jaron Underhill was 2-3 with a RBI and two runs, John Bashor was 2-3 with a double, three RBI, and two runs, Kage Kiplinger was 2-3 with two RBI and a run, and Gavin Poole had a triple, three RBI, and three runs. 

Peru 12 Taylor 2 – Christian Gatliff was 2-3 with two doubles, four RBI, and a run, Nathan Brimbury was 3-3 with a double, RBI, and a run, Blake Edwards had two RBI and a run, and Daunte Majors singled and scored twice. Lucas McConahay threw all five innings allowing three hits, no earned runs, and struck out two. 

Shenandoah 6 Wes-Del 3 – Gavin Patrick threw a complete game allowing one earned run, five hits, and struck out five. Kyle Randolph doubled, drove in a run, and scored twice, Cy Stanley doubled and scored, and Dylan Frost was 1-3 with a RBI. 

South Spencer 5 Apollo 3 – Kobe Bartlett threw six innings allowing two earned runs, five hits, and struck out six. Manning Webb was 3-4 with a double, RBI, and a run, Darian Johnson was 2-4 with a run, and Dalton Bartlett was 1-3 with a RBI.

South Vermillion 6 Fountain Central 1 – Matt Panagouleas threw six innings allowing three hits, no earned runs, and struck out five. Bryce McLeish was 2-3 with two runs, Cooper Terry had a single, three RBI, and a run, and Hayden Boatman was 1-2 with two runs. 

Southmont 7 Seeger 0 – Cole Roach threw five no hit innings to get the win, striking out seven. Reese Long singled and drove in two, Tyeson Bushong had two RBI and a run, Camden Chadd had a single, RBI, and a run, and Blake Largent was 1-2 with two runs. 

Terre Haute North 13 Riverton Parke 4 – Jason Mundell was 2-2 with three RBI and a run, Kendal Riley homered, drove in two, and scored twice, Parker Bray was 2-2 with a RBI, and Denny Zigler had a single, RBI, and two runs. CJ Murray threw three shutout innings allowing two hits. 

Tri West 9 Covenant Christian 1 – Lucas Goodin went 2-3 with a homerun, three RBI, and two runs, Derek Wagner was 2-4 with a homerun, Mason Cox doubled and drove in two, and Jarrett Roseboom was 2-3 with a BRI. Kai Ross got the win throwing five innings allowing one run on three hits, striking out two. 

Wabash 6 Oak Hill 1 – Kory Fuller threw three hitless, shutout innings and struck out two. Levi Hall went 2-3 with a run, Kallen Kelsheimer was 1-3 with two RBI and a run, and Kory Fuller and Robert Irgang each went 1-3 with a RBI. 

Winamac 11 West Central 1 – Riley Wheeler was 2-3 with a double, RBI, and two runs, Brandon Henderson had a double, three RBI, and two runs, Sam Griffeth was 1-3 with two RBI and two runs, and Carson Despot was 2-4 with two runs. Despot threw 4.1 shutout innings allowing three hits and struck out six.
