As we prepare for the most important summer of all time for amateur baseball, PBR OK takes a look into the latest rankings release for the 2021 class. If you missed the 2021 rankings release story, you can find it, here. Today, we will highlight the top 10 uncommitted left-handed arms in the state according to the rankings. This group features athletes with projectable frames who have tons room to fill out along with athletes who will see jumps as they polish up their deliveries. Everyone on this list has been 79 or better in official PBR scouted events.

SCOUTING REPORT

A  6-foot-1, 165-pound lean and athletic frame with lots of room to add size and strength. On the mound, the left-hander works from an average tempo delivery with rhythm and an up-down-and around leg kick before gliding to the dish and finishing balanced. Arm action is long, loose, and fluid in the back before coming through a high-¾ slot with some easy arm speed. Fastball sits 80-83 mph flashing late arm-side run, some strikes. Slider shows 2/8 shape with some depth, thrown consistently for strikes at 60-63 mph. Changeup shows some fade with some strikes at 72-73 mph.
