As has been the case for many days thus far this season, weather greatly impacted the schedule of games last night, but a handful of games managed to get played. Here is a look at some of the scores and highlights.

Power 25 Scores and Highlights

#1 Trinity 12, Oldham County 2
Korbyn Dickerson went 2-for-3 with a triple and 2 RBI, Chase Armstrong doubled twice and drove in a run, Aiden Ecken went 2-for-3 with a RBI, Robbie Reed had 2 hits, and Jake Schweitzer doubled and had a RBI. Kyle Campbell pitched 3 scoreless innings with 5 K’s.

#2 McCracken County 9, Graves County 2
Nate Lang went 2-for-2 with a double and 2 RBI, Cooper Ford went 3-for-4 with a double, Jack Bennett went 2-for-3 with 2 RBI, Zach Sims had 2 hits and 3 RBI, and Eli James went 2-for-4. Miller Green allowed 2 runs and struck out 6 over 6 innings to pick up the win.

Franklin-Simpson 12, #6 Bowling Green 5
Justin Jones went 3-for-5 with a double and 3 RBI, Hayden Satterly went 3-for-4 with 2 RBI, Dalton Fiveash went 2-for-2 with 3 RBI, and Chase Wilson went 3-for-4 with a double as Franklin-Simpson knocked off #6 BG. Brevin Scott picked up the win with 4.2 IP.

#9 Beechwood 15, Holmes 0
Mitchell Berger went 1-for-2 with a HR and 5 RBI, Brett Holladay went 2-for-2 with a RBI, and Ben Meier and Carson Welch each doubled and drove in a run. Jack Briney picked up the win with 7 K’s in 3 scoreless innings, and Holladay pitched his first inning of the season, striking out the side.

#17 North Oldham 10, South Oldham 5
Chase Edmonds went 2-for-4 with 3 RBI, Liam Hutson went 2-for-3 with a RBI, and Ryan Julich tripled in the North Oldham win. Tyler Pyles allowed 2 earned runs with 8 K’s over 5 IP to record the win on the mound.

#21 Ballard 9, Southern 8
Dylan Ecken had 2 hits, and Nick Kaelin doubled and drove in 3 runs as Ballard jumped out to a 9-1 lead then held on for the victory. Sam Bevin allowed 1 run over 5 innings of work to pick up the win.

Non-Power 25 Highlights

Elizabethtown 3, Meade County 1
Jordan Price went 2-for-3, and Bryce Estes doubled and drove in a run. Freshman Reed Sherrard continued his impressive spring allowing just 2 hits and 1 unearned run with 8 strikeouts in the complete game win.

Hopkinsville 11, Ft. Campbell 0
Zach Moss homered twice and drove in 3 runs, Preston Chaudoin went 2-for-4 with a double and 4 RBI, Landon Cook went 2-for-4 with a double and RBI, and Jacob Dilday had 2 hits. Cook struck out 8 over 4 IP to pick up the win.

Henderson County 6, Evansville Mater Dei 4
Andrew Mills went 3-for-5 with 2 doubles and 3 RBI, Daniel Gardner went 2-for-4 with a double and 2 RBI, Brennan Cates went 2-for-3 with a double, and Dru Meadows went 2-for-4.

Nicholas County 8, Augusta 0
Ryan Johnson went 2-for-3 with a HR and 3 RBI, Jacob Hatton went 2-for-3 with a double and 3 RBI, Wyatt Clark went 2-for-3 with a double, Dalton Davenport had 2 hits, Brayson Ring doubled and drove in a run, and Tate Letcher had a solo HR. Branson Sosby and Hatton combined on the shutout with 10 K’s.

Breckinridge County 10, McLean County 3
Wyatt Burnett went 2-for-3 with a double and 2 RBI, Jared Harned went 2-for-4 with 2 doubles, Camden DeWitt had 2 hits, and Cohl Proctor doubled and drove in a run. Isaac Seeger allowed 1 unearned run with 10 K’s in 5 IP for the win.

Taylor County 6, Thomas Nelson 3
Grayson Kearney went 2-for-3 with 2 RBI, Luke Hayes drove in 2 runs, and Hayden Jones and Layken Lyons each doubled in the Taylor County victory. Jones also picked up the win on the mound working 4 innings with 2 runs allowed and 3 K’s.
